We are deliberately small. Everyone ships work that customers touch the same month, and everyone talks to users.
Depth over theater
Trade credit is a deep domain — liens, scorecards, multi-currency exposure. We reward understanding the problem, not performing busyness.
Honest by default
The same rule we apply to marketing claims applies internally: say what is true, including "this isn't working."
Built for the long term
We are building infrastructure finance teams run their business on. That means boring reliability, careful architecture, and no growth hacks.
