Accessibility Statement

EFILOS TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. aims to make this website and the SCREDIT platform usable by everyone, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, rely on magnification, or need reduced motion. We treat accessibility as part of building a page rather than as a remediation pass afterwards.

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our standard for this website.

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the standard is met, and we have not yet verified every part of it.

What we have measured, most recently on 6 September 2026: an automated audit using axe-core, run against WCAG 2.1 A and AA rules across twelve representative pages — the homepage, pricing, the demo request form, the SCREDIT product page, the Trust Center and security review pages, an industry page, an Academy guide, the glossary, a comparison page, and a legal document. That audit reported zero violations.

We are stating the limit of that result as plainly as the result itself: automated testing reliably finds only part of what WCAG covers, commonly estimated at around a third. A clean automated audit is evidence, not proof.

Specific measures currently in place across the site:

Keyboard access. Every page carries a "Skip to content" link as the first focusable element, so a keyboard user is not tabbed through the full navigation on every page. Interactive controls are reachable and operable by keyboard, and focus is visible.

Colour and contrast. Text and interface colours are chosen against measured contrast ratios rather than by eye, and the reasoning is recorded alongside the code. Where a colour was close to the 4.5:1 threshold, it was changed rather than accepted.

Reduced motion. The site honours the operating system `prefers-reduced-motion` setting. Animated content is revealed rather than animated when that setting is on — content never depends on an animation completing in order to become readable.

Decorative and illustrative graphics. Product illustrations that would read as a stream of disconnected numbers are hidden from assistive technology and replaced with an equivalent sentence that conveys the same evidence, so screen reader users receive the point of the graphic rather than its fragments.

Structure. Pages use one main heading, a logical heading order, landmark regions, and descriptive link text.

We would rather tell you these here than have you find them.

No third-party audit has been carried out. All testing to date has been performed by us. We have not commissioned an independent accessibility assessment.

No formal VPAT or Accessibility Conformance Report exists yet. If your procurement process requires one, contact us using the details below and tell us which format you need — we will tell you honestly whether we can produce it and by when, rather than committing to a date we cannot meet.

Assistive technology testing has not been systematic. We have not completed structured testing against a defined matrix of screen readers and browsers. Automated auditing and keyboard testing are not a substitute for that, and we do not present them as one.

Third-party and embedded content. Where a page includes content served by another provider, we do not control its accessibility, though we do choose providers with that in mind.

The SCREDIT platform is assessed separately from this website. This statement covers the public website. Platform accessibility is assessed as part of the product, and we will answer specific questions about it directly.

If you encounter a barrier on this site, we want to know — a specific report is more useful to us than a general one, and we will act on it.

Write to support@efilostech.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using if you know them. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and to tell you what we intend to do and when.

This statement was last reviewed on 6 September 2026 and reflects testing performed on that date. We review it when the site changes materially, and at least annually.

It is deliberately specific about what has and has not been tested. If the position improves — an independent audit, a completed VPAT, a structured assistive technology test matrix — this page will say so, with the date.
